    What to expect from McDonald’s? Big portions, big burgers and quality food? No, but taste is okey and fine enough for lunch. Restaurant is clean and neat.

    Received stone cold McRoyal with tiny tomato edge (that was paid extra). When asked for replacement, staff had difficulties getting the message, which is OK but then heard phrase in polish “w polsce mów polis”…

    TV had orders from 40-60 while I had nr. 34. Getting confused if somebody stole my order.
    I went to the counter multiple times to ask the status they just said to wait.
    I waited 20 minutes then they called me to the counter to tell me that they don’t have the 2 strawberry pies I ordered and it takes 5 extra minutes. Why does it take 25 minutes to make those pies??

    Now I am just waiting for my pies while the rest of my food is getting cold on the counter. Only thing that might help the food is that it is around 40 degrees inside with 0 A/C.

    In the end they were handing out food in 60s and 70s while I am still waiting my 34…

    30min later finally got it
    Awful experience.
    And at home I discovered they got the sauces wrong…

    Definately better than any McDonald’s I’ve been to in the UK. Probably one of the best I’ve ever been too – not that it’s saying much as McDonald’s is high level garbage

    Coffee was fresh hot, burned my tongue because I didn’t expect it to be this fresh.

    Coffee arrived after only 2 minutes of waiting.

    AC is on. Temperatures inside are just right.

    The workers understood me when I spoke in english.
