It was a terrifying and horrible experience for me. This place is not safe. They are aggressive and racist. I want to complain to the authorities about them.
Last night I visited this shop about 10-10.30 pm.
The lady at the counter was polite. I asked her if she could speak English because my polish is very basic, she said she can speak little English. And I asked for the menu and with her permission took one.
The menu was in Polish so I tried to translate using google translator. All of a sudden a big guy came from inside and took my phone and told me to delete the picture, I tried to tell him I didn’t take photos of the menu it was in google translator and I wanted to translate the menu. I don’t know why he was so aggressive!!
Then when I tried to order Adana from the menu, that guy came again and pushed me, attempted to punch me and tried to push me out of the shop. I said if you touch me again I will call the police. Then I sat at the table and tried to choose Adana from the menu, That guy came again and tried to punch me, I don’t know why he did so, and when I went to the counter for order they refused to sell anything!!!!
I am new in the city and I heard their Adana is tasty. I also work in the newly opened restaurant in the city. But still I go there to taste their food.
I was tariffed with their unprofessional, aggressive and racist behavior and I have a negative impression of them.
I am new in the city and I don’t know where to complain about them. This guy should be punished. These people’s behavior is so aggressive and unprofessional. They don’t know professionalism and customer service. They should not sell food before knowing how to behave with customers.
I am so upset and will never forget such disrespectful behavior.
