Located in the railway station and totally worth to grab a bite before journey. Fantastic ambience. Friendly staff and delicious food! My husband and I tried avacado sandwich and barley with vegetables. Both were filling and tasty !

I had the duck dumpling there with their homemade lemonade and both were really delicious. Also the waitress was really nice and gave me good advice on places to visit and where people usually hang out. She took the time to write some places and such. All in all the food and services were really nice there

Lokalna restaurant is part of the recently reconstructed central train station Szczecin Główny. It has a relaxed atmosphere, nice interior and friendly staff, is family and dog friendly (water for my dog was offered) and very suitable for travelers before or after their trip, but also for visitors of the city.
The menu is comprehensive, available in Polish, German and English language with classic Polish dishes but also more international meals.
I have enjoyed the Pierogi filled with duck, also the traditional Szczecin dish paprykarz szczeciński is being served in modern way.

The food was very good, exceptional even. Cold tea was also very nice. They kindly adjusted whiskey sour into vodka sour that wasn’t on the menu. Vodka sour was the worst I ever had, completely tasteless. It’s the drink I buy consistently if I ever buy drinks, so it was a little disappointing. But as I changed the original, maybe that was the reason.
To sum up, I’d definitely visit again if I am ever in the city, but would skip alcohol
