I am regular customer of kfc and when I make an order I click the localize me and they put me in a wrong address and suddenly they blocked me while they can call my number first. Plus they didn’t put the free burger because I have coupon. But any ways I receive my order at last.

In any case, when someone pays for take-out packaging, they should provide a normal one. 27.11.2024, the time is 19:54, order number is 58. I ordered: KENTUCKY GOLD GRANDER with fries and Pepsi, Longer and Cheeseburger. After 10, maybe a little more minutes (I was there for 26 minutes) they are served to me in a 10×20 centimeter envelope. I ask for a bag or a larger envelope and am told to pay, that I have already paid, it is on the receipt. I look at the contents, the fries are at the bottom (were they crushed by the time we got home), on them cheeseburger, on top

No, that’s not a problem, the problem was that I tried to explain to the girl that I ordered takeout and paid for a package and it’s not normal for her to give me a bag for fries and shove 3 sandwiches and fries into it and carry the drink like that. Alas, she was adamant that this is the right way or I should pay for another package. I’m a fan of KFC and my job is such that I travel around Europe a lot, but this is the first time I’ve had such a cold and harsh attitude. I will definitely refrain from visiting again. And I warned the employee that I would leave a negative review.
