Star Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 18:40. By 20:30 I tried to call. No answer. I wrote a message on Facebook – no answer. Finally they picked up the phone and told me „we tried to call you but no answer so the pizza returned” and immediately hung up. Zero notifications from them (even if they tried to call, but they had weak signal, you get a message from your operator). They never rang the domofon either. What a shame, I have ordered from here many times and always been satisfied. Absolutely terrible. Ordered from another place and lodging complaint for full refund.

I do NOT recommend them.

Got scammed from my pizza and did not get a refund after dealing with a rude employee and wanted to make an argument out of nothing. I dont reccomend ording from this place. I will never again and neither will any of my co-workers

Pizzę zamówiłam w czwartek, poza tym, że czas dostawy się non stop wydłużał finalnie po 2,5h została dostarczona, ale w formie zakalca, przez który tak się strułam, że nikomu tego nie życzę
Tak jak za opóźnione dostawy w weekend jestem w stanie przymknąć oko, tak w czwartkowy wieczór kiedy przychodzi mi zakalec nie do końca można być usprawiedliwionym
