I do have a very bad service from this KFC. Last time I ordered a bucket including two chicken legs and they didn’t gave to us. They said it was finished. They were not ready to give any other chicken wings or any other stuff instead of that.
And today I ordered a bucket of chicken and separate sandwich. But they just gave only one ketchup for all this. They said they can provide only one ketchup for this order

I had a really bad experience from this KFC franchise. The customer service was very bad. I ordered a chicken bucket which was including some wings and two legs. But when I got the bucket there was no chicken legs. When I asked about that, they said it was finished (between 13-14). They were not ready to give some more wings instead of that missing chicken legs. And another day they just gave only one tomato ketchup for a chicken bucket and sandwich. They said they can provide only one ketchup for 49 zloty orders. Never recommend this KFC store
