Today I have a special day, so I decided to order from Nova sushi in poznan. My girlfriend placed the order at 12:40 Pm and the guy said delivery between 18:00 – 20:00 but unfortunately, they delivered it after 21:00. In additional instead of paying 99 zł for set of Sushi they asked me to pay 109 for delivery which is came more then 1 hour late. I always order from the same restaurant in Lublin and I didn’t have any problem but the one in Poznan is really unprofessional and no honesty with customer. Also on the website it’s written different ingredients than what I have received.

Ordered the sushi at 6:45, they said to pick it up at 9pm. Arrived, they said 40 extra minutes. Came back wasn’t even close to being ready. They actually closed the restaurant at 10pm, and I was still waiting on my order. All together, waited 3.5+ hours for a pick up order. Don’t waste your time ordering here.
