Very nice coffee and tea shop. The young lady taking our order was very nice and polite. Waffles were alwsome and pretty cheap for this turist area. Happy to visit this cafe again.

I am absolutely surprised that this cafe has 4.5 stars… Customer service is AWFUL, we ordered 2 hot chocolates and 2 coffees, and about 40 minutes later, we still haven’t gotten our order. So we had to go to the cashiers, and ask them if they forgot our order? Well, no. They remembered our order, so we told them to start making our order now. If we haven’t went up to them, then we wouldn’t even have our order!! Coffee was ok, and hot chocolates were also ok. 40 minutes of waiting for coffee that was ok???? Absolutely not. I am giving this place a 1 star. Customer service needs way better improvement!!

Hotel was super cosy and clean and quiet, all above my expectations. Ideal for calm and restful stay. Breakfast was excellent and with big fresh variety to choose from. However the staff doesn’t speak English good enough and as a chef, I was hoping in higher quality of lunch and dinners, so I went elsewhere to be satisfied. Serving a good red wine cold straight from a fridge is unacceptable for me. Also the hotel offer on their pages a wonderful garden with different areas for peaceful rest, which I was looking forward to, but there was a building site all over

Great cappuccino and excellent cheesecakes.
We used to go there for a coffee, and I can say this is one of the best cappuccino places. They serve very nice cheesecakes: not so sweet, not so heavy, very light and tasty.
Service is very friendly and fast.

Only tasted cakes here, both (Chocolat cake and cheesecake) very dry, tasteless and looks like they’ve been there for a while. For this size and quality definitely overpriced.
