The design is really beautiful but everything else is pure COMUNISM. We had dinner included but what we got was not a „dinner” it was actually something poor, with a very bad taste. The wifi signal didn’t reach our room so the girl from reception provided us with wifi from TV and we had to choose if we want to watch tv or to have internet cause both is impossible ( is internet in 2019 a luxury?!) Then the dinner hours are between 17:00-19:00 ( I don’t know who’s having the dinner at 17:00 in the summer ). In the end the only place available for smokers is in the front door, no chair no table, nothing.
I could say that all the services offered by this hotel are from the communist era. If someone is missing those times, enjoy!

I liked a lot the design of the place, with this industrial style architecture, the presence of real plants inside the restaurant, some cozy couches areas with TV on the upper floor. I also appreciate the presence of a nice kids area, both inside and on the garden outside and a properly equipped changing room for toddler. It’s a beer factory so they obviously crawl their own beers, I tried 3 different beers and I also bought few bottles to bring home. The only negative aspect I found, especially for a high-standard place like that, is the menu only in Polish and German. I would aspect to have menu in English as well.

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The customer service was exceptional, especially the ladies at the reception and the breakfast team, who were incredibly helpful. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast had delicious options, including fantastic vegetarian choices. Highly recommend!
