Spent 5 nights here. A clean and well looked after campsite with very polite and helpful personnel. Fast WiFi and very hot water in the showers… A real bonus! It’s about 10 minutes walk from the fort and 15 minutes walk to the city centre. A great location. I will be returning here in the future.
I do not recommend! Not possible to connect trailer/camper to electricity at all. Whole camping field is located on slope = problems with parking and leveling a trailer. It’s named as camping, but in fact it is holiday resort (guest houses, restaurant) with just small camping field.
The only plus observed by us was possibility to pay by card.
As of May 2018 there was additional disturbance – noise from renovation works being done at the resort whole the day.
Stayed on camping for two nights. Excellent! Very clean everywhere. Staff very helpful and friendly. The best part of our stay was definitely the meal we had in the onsite restaurant. The food was AMAZING!! Our lovely young waitress Sandra was very kind and helpful in helping us with the menu. I personally recommend the Garlic pasta with shrimp its Devine. Thank you for a lovely stay.
I really liked the location. Friendly staff. The room is clean, bedding, towels, soap, toilet paper is all there. The room has a teapot of a cup, coffee, tea, sugar, cream. There is also free parking on the property. The price is very nice. I recommend it.
Lovely campsite for our motorhome. Fresh water available with grey and black waste disposal. Large individual grassy areas for parking separated by hedges. Large out door, undercover eating area which was great for 7 of us. Showers and toilets were clean, and enjoyed hot showers. Campsite is a great base for visiting the local area and only an hour away from Czech border, particularly Ardsbach stone city which is worth a visit. For four adults and one child (under 5’s free) it was just under £30 per night. Dog friendly. Owners were friendly and helpful.
