I ordered for first time here , my choice was – Pulled duck burger with fig jam, grilled
beetroot, goat cheese, balsamic cream, arugula and fries. First of all, meat taste like it was cooked before for few hours and took from soup without any taste left over. Fig jam ? Haven’t seen or taste any .. grilled beetroot- for sure it wasn’t grilled , boiled yes. Goat cheese – I really wish it was more of those , barely tast it .. Impressed? not really, I thought I will get something full of amazing taste from such a good kitchen ,recommended here in Poznan. Maybe next time will be better .
