Awesome McDonald’s. Probably the most modern McDonald’s I have ever been to, with new self check out displays (Polish and English language and accept credit cards as well as cash). Very clean and a huge variety of products. The design of the interior is fantastic. The food was fresh and tasted good. I like it if I can see how the food is prepared. One of the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I can highly recommend this McDonald’s. McDonald’s in other European countries can learn a lot from McDonald’s Poland.

One of the bigger restaurants of the franchise. You’ll find both the McDonald’s and McCafe here. Fast service, good as any other mcplace. 3 or 4 do-it-yourself-registers. THEY CANNOT MAKE FRIES. Is it just in Poland? Fries, which by the legend are supposed to be golden crispy, are served pale and soggy. I once asked them to serve me a new portion, cause the ones we got were raw and soaked with oil, and I mean they looked like a boiled spaghetti, pressed on they would turn into an oily white mush! The second portion was no better, so my conclusions are that they simply don’t know how to do it properly or they don’t pay enough attention, thinking it’s totally fine and SAFE to serve them like that… The art of French fries, the staff could use a seminar in that matter.
I like to go there once in a while on non-trading Sundays, service is polite, always clean, sometimes AC is too strong. To save myself the disappointment, I don’t order fries.
We like it, however work on the quality of the legendary fries☆☆☆☆

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s in the world! Do not waste your time here. The staff are so clueless it hurts to watch. The managers are standing around looking on their phone on instagram and WhatsApp laughing while the rest of the staff literally do nothing even though orders are piling up and people are waiting.. I have never seen a more disorganised McDonald’s in my life
