Dear Managers of Mc Donalds in King Cross,
Yesterday very pity situation happened to me in McDonalds in King Cross shopping Mall. 29.08.2020 at approximately 13:30, we were with family in this place. At the entrance there is a desk with sanitizer is placed, and we just entered and went to make an order. I went with my kid to the ordering, while my wife just sat at that table, just to wait us 1-2 minutes while we make order. After 2 minutes when we made a reservation, we came back to entrance with order ticket, and did not find my wife. She was sitting outside very upset. Employee of mcdonalds asked her to leave restaurant, and she told that she just sat for 2 minutes, because she is waiting for family to make order, but she was asked to wait outside! She is pregnant and sat just for 2 minutes, as after that we expected all 3 to find spare table and sit together. But since there was no other spare table than one at entrance, she was asked to leave. I wanted write a claim, but she was too upset and tired, and simple decided never come to this place anymore. I was trying to talk to someone from employees, but everyone behaved so busy and standard answer was prepared already „nobody can sit at the table with sanitizer because san-epid prohibits that”. Omg, sanepid, please comment that!. Even noone considedred the fact that she was pregnant and simply sit for 2 minutes while we made an order. I really hope managers can read this message, since i now see that generic rate of this place is quite low, so i can suggest our case is not single case of suce rude, unfair, unpolite, and ridiculously unhuman behaviour of personnel. We were ordering food from that place almost every weekend, and now we will stop doing so. If anyone can support us, we will be very happy. Mistakes happen, but most important to keep human face and understand them.

Second time I dont get inside happy meal napkins or ketchup, very slow service, I came back to ask for napkins and ketchup and the worker seems to be angry I asked for it, you can see is very short on workers, next time I will go to lawica just 5 min. Drive, very dissapounted for second time.

Best McDonald’s i’ve been to so far in Poznan.
