I’ve seen lots of interesting places around the world but this one is very controversial. As much as I love the HP theme, this kind of service should not be offered to people! Both waiters showed minimal interest in serving as well as providing essential information to the customers. At this point, would recommend only for taking some pictures and entertaining the kids. The owner should consider re-training and polite communication skill classes for the waiters. Disappointed

Cannot comment on the food, since there was no possibility to stay there longer than we did.
I took my partner to a Harry Potter caffee since he’s a big fan, my sister had a bday so we took her also. Well, what a disappointment. Except the stuff from HP inside and menu in topic, we got treaded like we’re not welcomed there, waiters were pretty cold and had a terrible attitude.
Tough, and sad in the same time, since we got treated like a intruders instead of guests. No mwnu in English or German.
We left after a peek on the cards and cold glares from the staff. No, thank you. Just ruined our anniversary, and my sister’s day.
