Pałac Kamieniec

This place is charming however being a loyal guest I see that the level of service went down last two years sadly both at the reception and restaurant.

Restaurant

No room service, however quests can bring the food over to the hotel if they want. Desserts and coffee are lovely. In general dinner menu overpriced and over complicated menu and the portions are tiny. Breakfast is ok however I was shocked that there was an orange syrup added to freshly squeezed orange juice. It wasn’t nice at all. Quality of service depends on the day.

Hotel

Lovely rooms, however there are times when toiletries are missing. There is no kettle in the room. There is never milk, or cream in the coffee room in the hotel. When asked at the reception, it was mentioned I – as a guest have to ask in the restaurant. Terrible service – last thing you want in the morning is to dress up (no robes either) and go to another building to get milk. No air conditioning and no refrigerator makes it though when is really hot outside. Coffee machines in the rooms /kettle and extra paid room service would make this much better hospitality experience.

The castle hotel was very clean, quiet, and had a peaceful atmosphere. There was a lot of beautiful artwork in the hallways and rooms, and it smelled really good throughout the hotel. There was a well-maintained garden and friendly staff. The breakfast was of high quality and offered a wide variety, with a diverse selection of pastries, including both sweet and savory options. The staff was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this amazing place.
