We were in the mood for Middle Eastern food and Palmyra was great. I had beef kabobs and lentil spinach soup, my wife had lamb, my daughter had falafel, all very good. The service was excellent and the food is a good value for the money. We asked for water and we received a huge pitcher with lemon and mint, an unexpected perk that does not happen in Germany. Check this place out!

Decent Syrian restaurant in the heart of the city. They serve very nice tea when you sit down and the staff is very friendly. However the food could have more taste. Maybe the dishes are tuned down for the local taste but for me it was bland. The dessert was excellent baklava.

Excellence hospitality from the team Palmyra. We a group of 12 people were looking for halal food and got late and reach restaurant just before closing time at 9:45 (10:00 is regular closing time)
But the restaurant owner and team accommodated us pleasantly and served us the dinner

We only tried the soups and appetizers here. Everything was delicious and well seasoned. Our food came quickly and the service was helpful. However, the heating inside the restaurant was off and all the staff was wearing their winter coats. It was very cold inside which made it difficult to enjoy our meal.
