The hotel may be in need of deep cleaning (mold in the shower) and renovation, however we were quite satisfied with the quality of the bed and also the service, we were allowed to let our car stay in the outdoor hotel parking (car was too high for the garage) for free while we did some last minute shopping in the Galaxy mall. Good visit!

Nice and clean hotel.
Good, beakfast, however groups/bussarrangements offers a slightly smaller breakfastbuffe, sadly.
The bed, pillow and blanket was comfortable.
Get the feeling that the rooms are quite newly renovated.
Close to or actually in the city center.

It is in the central so it is easy to commute.
Service is sometimes ok sometimes not for 5 people we were dealing with 2 were ok the rest not.
Rooms are old, hotel is old, pub upstairs is awful.
We chose this hotel because it is raddisson but the quality is a below any expectations.

Have more then 50 nights at the hotel.
Made a missbooking at the hotel by one night, and since I’m a loyal costumer, and used my loyal costumer points to pay – the booking couldn’t be changed, and no one was willing to help.
From now on I will put the next 50 nights at another hotel. Hope it was worth it.

.messed up room, after we booked it 4 weeks before. Ended up on sofa bed most uncomfortable night and here for 2 night. although room was clean big mess up by radison booking team.
