Surprisingly good comfort food 5 minutes away from the main street of the town. The waitresses are super nice although they barely understand English or German. The menu contains mostly traditional dishes and the portions are really big but the prices are moderate. If you like homestyle cooking then this is your place.

Quality food, good prices comparing to other restaurants nearby. Portions are large. The only drawback is waiting time, but this is peanuts in the end. Really worth eating at this place. Btw. I appreciate how well they understand customers, including little ones. Kids menu is really good!

We visited the restaurant and it was really good idea. We searched for something without reservation after 20:00 and here we found place, kind waitress and really tasty polish food – flaczki, placek po wegeirsku and Sarlotka. Good job !

Ordered a trout which was very good, has a lot of bones, so eat carefully. It didn’t come with a sides, so I ordered vegetables which were almost the same price as the fish, price wise altogether I think it’s comparable to other restaurants in the city still.

Walked past here on a Friday afternoon after a long day out hiking and decided to try some traditional polish food.
Summary: It was fantastic!
We were only at the Restaurant not the Hotel, so this review focuses on that.
The Restaurant is slightly secluded and away from the city centre and main street. Clearly this is the place locals go to and recommend as the restaurant got pretty full whilst we were there.
The food was delicious. The Pierogi are a must. Simply amazing. For our mains we had Pork Ribs with Chips, Breaded Camembert with Berries and a mixed salad on the side. All was incredible. Definitely a place to try.
They had 2 beers on tap. A Lager and a Pils. Both looked very good and the Pils was excellent too.
The service was very friendly. Unlike other places ordering in English wasn’t an issue, which is always a big plus for any international travelers. The food and drinks were served quickly and they made sure we were satisfied at all times.
The atmosphere welcoming and autumn themed. The decor was very fitting to the place and there was lots of attention to detail.
Price is very good. Affordable and definitely less than what you pay on the main street. We’ll definitely come again, if we are ever in town again.
