On the time of visit, due to covid, orders couldn’t be taken on the till, which is understandable. However, ordering machines 2 out of 4 were out of order, causing massive ques. After pointing out to the manager about the situation, she basically ignored the request for some actions and hidden at the back of the restaurant, We lost approx 30 mins and left without any food and frustration that management of that franchise did not do anything to support the issue…

Still waiting… 20 min+ for 3 salads was not enough. To be fair, this McDonalds is pretty good regarding the wait times, but today was something special. Management should choose and train their kitchen staff more carefully.
Also I’d like to get some compensation for the time lost in the line. Usually I don’t care much about coupons, but this time I do. Till I hear from McDonalds’ customer service, the rating stays at 1 star.

Very slow and inattentive staff in this particular place. Any time I have to check my order and in most of the cases it is incomplete. Time of waiting 20-40 mins makes me nervous as well
