Meal is prepared well with some little things to improve:
Don’t use dense juice from Herbapol for lemonade with other flavour then lemon.
Burger: when someone orders museum rare meat, it should be a bit more rare as it really was. Roll/bread should be crunchy.
Salmon was perfect.
However, when someone is smoking outside, you can still smell it inside. Unfortunately.
The restaurant itself has potential. However interior is mix of everything and could be simplified.
Schnitzel with few slices of potatoes for around 50pln. You could expect some salad at least for this price. The Asian spice was unexpected and a bit weird addition. Potatoes has very sour taste.
Chicken broth’s taste was very sweet. Probably too much carrot.
Very big portions, fine food, high quality ingredients. Fantastic service, beautiful location, and elegant atmosphere. Prices are just right. Dishes we tried: duck 5/5, mushroom pasta 5/5, chicken 5/5, bacon pasta 4/5 & cutlet 5/5.
