I was absolutely blown away by this place. I’m gonna gush, because I need more people to know about this place!
Everything here deserves the 5/5 delicious, but if I had to choose a winner, then it would have to be the hands down, no contest, best sajgonki/spring rolls I’ve ever had. Perfect crispy and crunch, with the tastiest filling, and a reccommended sauce pairing that was simply divine. No exaggeration.
The Yum Yum soup has to be my favorite iteration of Tom Kha in the city, perfect mix of flavors felt all the way down to the depths of my soul.
The nieRamen (notRamen) was delightful, the porkbelly brimming with flavor, and the egg-filled meatball was such a fun and tasty twist!
The Banh Can with shrimp was the most novel of all the dishes here, and it did not disappoint! The bite-sized pancakes combined with the fresh greens (especially the mint!) created a blend of light and satisfying, with a bit of sweetness from the sauce.
Last but not least, the drinks!
The milk tea with the ice bear was not only adorable and fun, but creamy and super sweet in the best way.
I’d never heard of kompot made from passion fruit and lichi but wow!!
The ice tea lemonade was super refreshing, too, a welcome combo I’ve not commonly seen in Poland.
Everything on this menu is so clearly made with passion and love for good food and I can’t wait to go back and try more!
Outstanding Asian-fusion food in Poznan Stare Miasto! Soooo good that I ate dinner there two nights out of three. Excellent Vietnamese spring rolls with imaginative dips; delicious Thai-style “YumYum” spicy coconut soup with rice noodles; perfectly-fried panko-crusted prawns; superlative service by an ever-cheerful waitress; very friendly owner-couple. Will most definitely swing by Sajgonki Asian Restaurant for another meal or three the next time I visit Poznan!
We discover this fantastic place during our holidays in Poznan last week. The food is simply delicious! Made and presented with care and great attention to detail, super tasty! The owners (a married couple) are very friendly. The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. Fully recommended!
Very nice and cozy restaurant that we found by chance on our short trip. The service was excellent and our questions about the dishes were answered in detail. The various dishes were super tasty, lovingly and freshly prepared and the ingredients come from the region, which I really approve of. I would come back anytime when I visit Poznán.
Tasty spring rolls in the centre of Poznan. We take six pieces with pork meat and some vegetables plus two types of sauce- chili and fish-nut and pay 49 PLN. A good choice for a quick lunch. And a waiter/owner is nice and kind. On a warm and sunny day you can eat outside. Recommended.
