I was intrigued by their California rolls since they’re quite different from what I’m used to. There’s very little rice compared to the filling, especially the salmon. At first, I thought that was great, but in the end, I found the rolls a bit too heavy and oversized. The ingredients are clearly fresh, but I felt the combination was a bit unbalanced and lacked subtlety. It’s definitely a matter of taste, but to me I’m not sure it was worth the 20-minute walk.
