The BEST seitan I’ve had. The first time I had Uapami’s nuggets I did a double take thinking I was eating meat. So delicious, juicy and soft on the inside yet crunchy on the outside… my mouth’s watering just thinking of it. We’ve been ordering from them at least once a week when we were in Poznań.
