We placed order, and the waitress did not request the food in the kitchen. After 1,5 hours waiting, and asking, she said that food is coming. However, another 30 mins passed and they brought wrong and incomplete food. One of us ended up not eating. We had to go and cancel, as we were being lied, and when we requested the bill, they would charge for the food that did not come.
Not even an apologise in that moment. It was really awful experience. We felt the waitress even would make fun of us.
