There are lots of interesting design ideas and features that inspire while designing your new place. However once you start shopping you quickly realize that customer service is not their favorite game. Everytime you are picking something from the magazine make sure to check twice that this is exactly what you want and what you bought. If what you bought is broken and you have to return or replace it your journey starts here with no end in sight. You quicky realize that you are at the internet store and any replacement will take weeks if not months. Sometimes they can just reject your request and you are left with faulty stuff and a contact to the manufacturer. Good luck.
