The Zieleniec Hotel is fantastic!!
We had a wonderful experience there. The hotel is very well located, in the top of the mountain, offering the best view in the area.
The staff is very friendly, always ready to help.
The rooms are spacious, well decorated, with a nice bathroom and an unsurpassable view from the balcony.
The food is so good!!! Authentic Polish food and anything you want to have. I had a taste for trout and I just had to ask!!!
The people at the Zieleniec Hotel work to please the guests!!!!

Great hotel. Sking door to door, very helpful staff, good food, lovely hot-tub and sauna which all the family enjoyed after a busy day on the slopes and night skiing too. Plenty of lifts, bars and varied runs. All 22 members of our group which included 12 children and teenagers will be coming back. Highly recommended

I enjoyed the overall experience – that is, the rooms were comfortable and cozy, the bathrooms were fine and clean and all, but the thing that ruined it for me, disgusted me, even – were the people who worked there. A certain receptionist, a bald guy, was nearly disgusting. Despite us being the people who paid them, the reasons for why they afforded all that in the first place – we were treated nearly inferior. Although, that’s not even the worst part. To add insult to injury, the food almost made me throw up! Not only that, the people who served the food lacked any kind of professionalism. Not only were they (mostly the blonde, 40-ish lady) mean, but she chuckled whenever we looked away and chatted behind our backs!
I’m honestly, sincerely considering not coming next year.

A bit old as pretty much every hotel here in Zieleniec. They give you free skipasses if you stay with them several days. Ski lift is just in front of the hotel.
