Very nice & friendly staff. KFC Poland has a much bigger variety of foods compared to some other KFC’s in Europe. The restaurant itself was very modern.

I’m comparing this particular KFC to other ones. Unfortunately, not for the first time, the chicken was almost tasteless as if they were saving on spices. In other KFCs in Szczecin, it tastes much better. Also service could be slightly improved. Not a big deal, but for sure added to the experience: I wasn’t given any napkins to my order and when I wanted to ask for them later, I had to wait and shout out for staff attention after being ignored for a longer while…

Staff were friendly when we needed keys for the key for the disabled toilet. Mens toilet for my friend though was visibly half cleaned with feces on the seat and floor. Absolutely not good enough
