I really like the broth here. It’s sweet and not salty like many other places. Ramen and Udon are both very delicious. The restaurant is very sophisticated in separating fried dishes and noodles
I found this place from a Youtube review and I must say that it didn’t disappoint me. By an accident I was served wrong ramen but staff was very quick to fix the mistake and give me what I ordered. Ramen is delicious there, as far as I know the only place in Poznan that offers real Tonkotsu so that already is a big selling point. I wasn’t a fan of their Kimchi – but Tantanmen I got was very good. Overall totally worth checking Madara if you are a fan of Japanese cusine.
A very interesting ramen spot My truffle ramen with was absolutely delicious, likewise the ramen dishes chosen by my friends. By contrast, our tempura dishes were all unforunately pretty average – the tempura itself was a little too heavy, there is room for improvement. Also, for the price which I’m absolutely willing to pay here for the quelity of ramen, I just wish the portions were bigger. Lastly, some people complain about the ‘smell’ inside the restaurant (it is indeed quite noticeable), but it’s a rather pleasant smell of the tempura dishes coming from the open kitchen, so for me it actually adds sonewhat to the ambience. Well done Madara – I’m definitely coming back. Just work a little on your tempura
I really enjoyed vegan ramen, the broth was ‚soaked’ with umami flavour. The other one was tasty too. Fair prices, great service. I truly appreciate the decor. I would definitely come back there to try other options in the menu.
This was the best ramen I’ve ever eaten (and I really like ramen!)
The price is a little higher than at other places but worth it.
Everyone should eat there at least once during their lifetime.
