Spend a couple of days for my birthday, present from my husband. Weather wasn’t good so we spend lots of time in the hotel. In the spa and pool, was nice but to many people was let in at the same time. Room was nice and good size, was quite clean.

The hotel is beautiful, staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We had a room in the old part of the hotel and it was quite musky. We got a dark, warm and stuffy room with a very small window. The bed is big and very nice and the room was spacious. However no there was place to hang up towels and there was mold in the bathroom. The spa needs maintenance, the steambath was smelly and the water of the whirlpool was very dirty. The sauna was nice, bathrobes are provided. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of choice, very neat and the staff was really on top of it. There was also prosecco that you could take freely which makes it festive start of the day. The hotel is very beautiful on the outside, the part at the river however is neglected although is has a lot of potential. We paid 90 euro per night for two persons in the weekend. For this price we expected a nicer and more comfortable room. The restaurant of the hotel is reasonably priced, portions were a bit small. The main courses were nice but the portions could have been bigger. The surroundings are very beautiful, the village with stores and restaurants is nearby.

Great place to rest and spend New Year with family. Hotel was above our expectations, food, drinks, SPA, location – everything was perfect.
Apartment was cosy, everything was functional.
Rich offer for breakfast and dinner.
SPA was also nice: swimming pool, fireplace inside there, hot pool, jacuzzi, salt caves – we all enjoyed it, children and adults.
We didn’t have any package for New Year, but found in our room a bottle of sparkling wine and sweets as a gift from the hotel. Also bar was working till 1.00 during year changing night and hotel offered free glass of champagne on New year’s night. Fireworks were also amazing!
Can only recommend this Palace.
