Ordered via app for ~100zl. Checked the app every 2-3 minutes. At 21:18 it still showed „Prepping for delivery”, already 18 minutes later than initially shown in the app. That’s when I noticed they had called my number (on different phone) at 21:03. Calling back I was told they had already been at the door and they’d be back in 10-15 minutes.
I’m not into food that in addition to the normal delivery has been driven around town for 15 plus another 10-15 minutes.
If you sell food through an app I suggest you update the damn status. If the status doesn’t work for some reason that’s not my problem. Then send a message in the Uber app. I order in the app, I reasonably assume communication happens through the app.
Absolute joke.
