Yum yuum..so delicious…service leaves a bit to be desired for…they saving their smiles and enthousiasm but its kinda normal in poland ..at least the waitres spoke some english

Hot Chocolate heaven. This place has many desserts to choose from, cold and hot. Delicious ice cream and more. Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend if you have. Sweet tooth

Female worker with long nails doesn’t wear gloves on the hand that picks the small chocolate pieces… her nails touched the insides of the small papers that hold the chocolates What’s the point of only using gloves in one hand??? Be better! Long nails are notorious for having disgusting bacteria and so it’s even more important to wear gloves. Chocolate themselves are fine but the lacking hygiene entirely ruined it for us. A small box full of different chocolates can be expected to cost around 70-100 zl.

We waited 20 minutes for a menu in an empty establishment and then left after another 30 minutes of waiting to order. The offer looked nice, but the service does not care about the customer.
