Very kind & friendly. Ordered a lot of varieties from handmade meatballs, french fries, salads to cabbage. Everything was handmade and fresh. Especially the salad with honey-mustard dressing was my personal favorite. The meatballs had different fillings like cheese and spices. Would totally recommend. 10/10

The service and the food was really good. The waitress and owners were lovely towards us. Even with a language barrier it was more then possible to comunnicate and also laugh together.

The food is very good. The selection of wines is also good. We ordered an award-winning red wine from a local winery. The temperature of the wine was about 7 or 8 degrees, which is the same as the refrigerator temperature. This ruined the bouquet. We had to pick up the menu ourselves at the counter because no one came to our table. We had to ask the waiter to come to our table to order because no one came either. After ordering, the soup came relatively quickly, but then we had to get the necessary spoon, which was forgotten. The main course also came after a good amount of time, but again we had no cutlery. We had to ask for it. In a place like this, really great food, attractively served. The service is a total disaster, today as on our first visit. We will now wait a few weeks to give the manager a chance to find or to organice normal service.
I gave Banka Restaurant a second chance. The service was great, the decoration was also positively revised. The food was good as usual. We would love to come back
