Restauracja Beef & Rock – Karpacz

Nice restaurant located at the 1st floor with a broad balcony overlooking city center and with a view on the mountains. The restaurant is focused on beef and offers a wide variety of different steaks. We ordered a dry aged porterhouse (t-bone) and it was delicious, one of if not the best steak I ever ate. As the dry aged steaks come in preset sizes, ours was around 800 gram, we shared it with two. The waiter advised us to take the stone plate heated which is heated up to 350 degrees, that was a great suggestion and added to the overall experience. On top of the great food we also found the service to be top-notch, our waiter properly explained us the different steak types as well how their dry aging works. The food arrived fast, we received an appraiser and the waiter regularly checked up on us. As we were seated outside we also received a blanket. Overall this was a top notch experience, and I dare say better then the top rated restaurant in town.

One of the highlights of my dining experience was the remarkable ribeye steak. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The steak truly surpassed my expectations and left me craving for more. Accompanying it was a salad with Parmesan cheese, which was a delightful balance of freshness and savory goodness. The combination of flavors was simply heavenly.

The attentive and friendly waitstaff added an extra layer of enjoyment to my evening. They were polite, prompt, and always ready to cater to any request. Their warm and welcoming nature created a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

To my surprise, the restaurant even presented me with a complimentary limoncello, a gesture that made me feel even more appreciated. The limoncello was a refreshing and tangy drink that provided the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

I can recommend this restaurant enough for its delectable cuisine, picturesque location, and impeccable service. Whether you’re a steak lover or simply seeking a memorable dining experience, this establishment will exceed your expectations. I will definitely be returning to relish their culinary delights and enjoy the warm hospitality once again.
