A place with huge potential. Stylishly decorated inside but the service needs to be improved – unacceptable. I call and ask for a reservation for today, I get information – but what do you want for today and I’m booking today for next week – so I think there’s no chance, but my friend insists and since she’s in the area, she goes to the place and gets a table – because there are many available – I understand that there is a limit to these tables, it can be said that if we had only relied on telephone information, we would not even be there – that is, the customer was dismissed over the phone. We are on the first floor at the table and for 30 minutes the waitresses do not try and even look away when trying to make eye contact. You have to ask for someone to come and take your order – today this is unacceptable because tables are assigned to waiters or customers to waiters and they are in charge of the table or the customer. After 30 minutes, we managed to invite a waitress to the table and take the order. 8 dinner sets for 4 children 4 adults – first floor dish/salad served in 10 minutes. Each different dish at a different time after 30 minutes and 45 minutes, some hot, others cool or cold. Ordered drinks delivered with one deficit. One dinner set didn’t make it to the end and we still got the bill for it. It could be more expensive, but the service needs to be replaced. It can’t be that 4 waitresses are standing at the bar and people have to look for and ask for someone to take their order. This is not a unique situation as several tables had the same problem. Basically we will never come again. Live music from downstairs is very nice, maybe a bit too loud for people downstairs, but upstairs we also got music from loudspeakers in addition to the music from downstairs – no one controls this place. Maybe if it improves, it will be a revelation – but for now, it’s still a long way off. The most interesting thing is that this place is losing money because of the service – and despite such a large number of negative opinions, no one responds to them and, most importantly, does nothing about it.
Good food, for some reason sides are not included into the price.
So it’s quite confusing to know hom much you’re going ti pay for your food.
Good local beers as well.
Waiters were not the best, quite hard to find to order more food and drinks or to pay in the end, they were not interested about guests so much.
Baddest neck I’ve ever had. Completely full of cartilage. Without the garlic butter it would have tasted like anything. Not even close to the pictures.
