Indian food is not usually our go-to cuisine when travelling because we want to try local food, and second, we have a high bar for Indian food. That’s why most of the time, we end up disappointed. My partner and I were in Poznan for a day and decided to make an exception and try Namaste Poznan . Well, let’s just say we were delighted when we left. We had ordered Veg manchurian with fried rice, stuffed Martha, and two mango lassi that cost us around 50 PLN. The restaurant interiors were designed very tastefully with a subtle Indian touch, giving a very cosy vibe . The food was delicious with the perfect amount of masala which we appreciate because most of the time we find Indian food flavourless in Europe. This places came with my high recommendation and no question in my mind that the other items on the menu will be great as well.
I gave 2 because Soan Halva was good. We ordered today through glodny and just to found out that it was not Indian food that I knew. Disappointed. In my opinion more spices and richness indian food needed. I would like to addressed 2 hairs we found. 1 inside the rice, 1 at the cover of Halva. Whoever prepared the food, that long blonde hairs should be staying on his/her head.
Ordered the lunch via Uber eats and waiting almost hour, then asked to update the delivery time. It was updated in the way that I have to wait one more hour. Actually in 1 and a half hour my order was cancelled and they charged me 60 plz for their poor quality service .
Don’t recommend to deal with them at all!!!
I had my fair share of Indian food in my life and this one by fair is the worst. Mint sose nothing like it should taste. Chicken Korma looked like dogs p**. Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed.
Had an amazing dinner here with my partner! The best curry we’ve had in so long!! Great service, lovely cozy restaurant and 5/5 food! Extremely flavourful dishes. Definitely recommend!
