I eat in this particular restaurant occasionally and every visit is a pleasure. This time, I ordered Filet-O-Fish with extra bacon. The bacon was missing though. I issued this to a manager and I was asked wheather I would like a completely new burger or maybe I’d just like the bacon to be added to my burger. I chose the second option, no need to waste food. I immediately received my burger with bacon inside and I was given a free portion of fries as an apology. The manager was very friendly and calm, I was felt as I was treated in a proper way. Moreover, the restaurant was extremely clean – really! One of the workers was regularly cleaning the lobby along with the trash bins. Attention to every detail, one of the best experiences with McDonald’s in Poznań.

Very rude staff. We asked for milk for the coffee and were refused it so I asked if I can buy it as an extra, again I was refused. She said I’d heed to buy a new „white” coffee. Her attitude was so impolite and pure can’t do approach. I would not recommend this place.
