I recently ordered food via Uber eats, I tried getting updates on my order and even called. Finally I received a call back from from the restaurant saying that the driver called me multiple times and couldn’t reach me. I told him this was the first time I received a call about my, he implied I was lying and hang up and blocked me. My friend sits in the office with me and could confirm I never received a call, he was rude to her also and said she was lying. I did not receive my food or refund back. Don’t trust this person with your money or food. Very unprofessional.
