I regularly visit this place once a month, due to the plentiful and tasty kebab and the always and consistently friendly service I receive when ordering and waiting for a meal. This afternoon I had a shocking experience, namely: the temperature inside the premises reached 40 degrees Celsius, which is unacceptable from the customer’s perspective (where I want to emphasize that I specially drive 16 km to this location … and the temperature outside reached 29 degrees Celsius!). In addition, how can the operating personnel be exposed to allow them to perform work in such critical conditions. This is extreme irresponsibility of the managers and owners of this Zahir location. Please change it immediately, ensuring a properly ventilated and air-conditioned premises. It doesn’t take much to lead to a tragedy and even less to fantastic satisfaction of customers and staff serving those customers.
