Z ręką na sercu NIE POLECAM!!!
Moje pierwsze i ostatnie odwiedziny tej restauracji.
Zamówione trzy obiady, pierw podano dwum osobom. Czarny makaron wege – porcja przerażająco mała – dziecko nie najadło się tym obiadem.
Hamburger miał być „za 3 minuty”, jednak dostałam go 15 minut po tym jak moi współtowarzysze zjedli obiad…
No i wisienka na torcie – frytki do hamburgera były surowe – ociekające olejem sparzone bulwy…
Chcąc uregulować rachunek trzeba podejść do kelnerki. Oczywiście wyraziłam swoje niezadowolenie surowy żarciem i fakt, że nie zapłacę za to ale… Kelnerka Ukrainka (chyba) nie zrozumiała tego i wliczyla w rachunek te surowe frytki. Przykre.
Święto pracy nie wszystkim służy w pracy.

Disappointing Experience.

We ordered burgers with fries and were quite satisfied at the moment, even taking photos of the beautifully presented meal. The burger tasted great, and we felt it was good value for the price.

However, the next day, upon reviewing the photos, we noticed something shocking. The burger bun was clearly burnt and had been scraped off to hide the damage. The seeds on top were charred black, indicating it had been overbaked in the oven or toaster. It’s concerning that such a bun was served to customers instead of being replaced with a properly baked one.

What’s especially disappointing is that the waitress should have addressed these issues before serving the food. It would have been better if she had checked with the kitchen and ensured that the quality was up to standard before bringing the meal to us.

We did however notice at the time that the burger itself was undercooked, with the center still red. This is particularly worrying given that it was made from ground meat, which should be fully cooked to ensure safety. Despite noticing this, we decided not to raise the issue then and there.

It’s disappointing to realize we didn’t notice all the issues at the same time, possibly due to having had a few drinks beforehand. While the initial taste was good, these oversights are unacceptable and show a lack of attention to quality. We expected better and hope the restaurant will take more care in the future.
